Building AI systems since 2023
2023

Start with the work you want off your plate.

Most projects come from businesses that want a working AI system. We also deliver client projects for agencies. Choose the path that fits.

For businesses

“I need an AI system for my business.”

Tell us where work gets stuck: missed calls, slow follow-up, repetitive data entry, or questions your team answers all day. We recommend a focused system, agree the scope, and build it around the tools you use.

A written scope, deliverables, and acceptance checks

Testing, human fallback, and a documented handoff

Optional care for monitoring and agreed changes

For agencies

“I need an implementation partner for a client project.”

Sell the solution and bring us the technical delivery. We scope, build, and test the client system under your brand while your agency keeps the client relationship and sets the client price.

White-label delivery for one project or an ongoing partnership

Agreed communication, access, and approval roles

Delivery quotes shared privately with your agency

Specific systems we design, build, and support.

Custom AI agents, chatbots, voice agents, and connected workflows, plus focused systems for missed calls, reviews, reminders, and follow-up. Choose a service to see what it does, what we need from you, and how handoff works.

Hand off the build. Keep the decisions.

Implementation still needs your input at a few agreed points: access, approvals, and the rules your business follows.

We handle

  • Workflow mapping and a written scope
  • Tool configuration and supported integrations
  • Prompts, knowledge sources, and conversation or call flows
  • Testing, including failure paths and human handoff
  • Documentation, handoff, and optional ongoing care

You provide and decide

  • Account ownership and authorized access
  • Approved business information, policies, and tone
  • Decisions on consent, disclosure, and messaging rules
  • A person for escalations and launch approval
  • Provider subscriptions and usage charges

A clear path from first conversation to launch

You stay involved at scope, testing, and handoff. We agree what is included and how the work will be accepted before it starts.

  1. Share the workflow

Tell us what you want to hand off: the current process, the tools involved, and the outcome you need. Agencies can submit a client brief instead.

  2. Agree scope and delivery

We review feasibility, dependencies, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. You receive a written proposal and quote before work starts.

  3. Build, test, and approve

We configure and build the agreed system, then test the workflow, failure paths, and human handoffs. You approve the launch.

  4. Hand off or add care

You receive the agreed documentation and account handoff. Add an optional care plan for monitoring, fixes, and agreed improvements.

Watch an agent research a new deal

A deal lands in your CRM. The agent plans the work, uses three tools, writes a brief, and posts it where your team already looks.

Pay for the agreed scope. Keep your accounts.

Every project is quoted after we review its requirements. Implementation and optional care are scoped separately from provider usage.

  1. Scoped implementation

We quote setup after reviewing the workflow, tools, integrations, and acceptance criteria. The proposal lists what is included before work starts.

  2. Optional ongoing care

Monitoring, maintenance, and agreed improvements are a separate, optional scope with defined coverage and response expectations.

  3. Provider usage stays with the account owner

Your business, or the agency's client, owns the accounts and pays subscriptions, phone numbers, messaging, and AI usage directly. Depending on the project, tools may include GoHighLevel, Vapi, Twilio, or systems you already use. Naming a tool does not imply a partnership with its provider.

An implementation partner for your client projects.

For agencies that sell AI services and need a technical team to deliver them. Bring one client project or discuss an ongoing white-label partnership. Your client relationship stays yours.

Your brand. Your client.

Your agency owns the client relationship, client pricing, and account management. We agree how technical communication works before delivery.

Our role: technical delivery

We scope, configure, build, test, and document the agreed system. Launch approval, access, and acceptance criteria are agreed for each project.

Software costs stay visible

Your agency or your client pays for software subscriptions, phone numbers, messaging, and AI usage. We identify required tools and account responsibilities in the proposal.

Support has an agreed scope

Handoff and optional ongoing care are defined in writing. Support coverage, response expectations, changes, and third-party dependencies are agreed before work starts.

Private delivery quotes
We quote each client project after reviewing its requirements, tools, integrations, and acceptance criteria. Wholesale delivery rates are shared privately with your agency.
Your retail offer
Optional care has its own scope. Your agency sets the retail offer and price for its client.

Questions, answered

What we build, how involved your team needs to be, who owns the accounts, and how agencies work with us.

What is IA Compa?

IA Compa (IA COMPA LLC) is an Ohio-based AI agency. Our official website is iacompa.com. We design, build, and support AI agents, chatbots, voice receptionists, and workflow automations for businesses, and we deliver client projects for agencies, in English and Spanish.

What can you build for my business?

AI agents for multi-step work, website and messaging chatbots, AI voice agents and receptionists, CRM and workflow automations, AI email workflows, missed-call text back, review requests, appointment reminders, database reactivation, social DM automation, websites and funnels, and custom integrations where the tools support them.

How involved does my team need to be?

We handle the build, configuration, and testing. Your team explains how the work happens today, provides authorized access and approved information, decides on consent and messaging rules, and approves the launch. We agree those review points in the proposal.

Who owns the accounts and pays for software and AI usage?

Your business, or the agency's client, owns the tool accounts and pays subscriptions and usage directly, including AI, calls, phone numbers, and messages. IA Compa charges for the agreed implementation and support scope. The proposal lists the required tools. Third-party terms apply.

How are setup and ongoing care priced?

Each setup is scoped and quoted after we review the requirements and dependencies. Ongoing care is optional and has its own agreed scope. We do not promise revenue, savings, or search rankings.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. Agencies can bring a client project or discuss an ongoing white-label partnership. The agency keeps the client relationship and sets the client price; IA Compa delivers the agreed technical scope under the agency's brand. Agency delivery quotes are shared privately.

What happens after I reach out?

We review your request, ask about gaps, and assess the technical fit. We then agree deliverables, dependencies, acceptance checks, and pricing before work starts. An inquiry does not approve a launch or authorize provider spending.

Do you work in Spanish and outside Ohio?

Yes. We can scope implementations in English, Spanish, or both. IA Compa is based in Ohio and works remotely across the United States, including Ohio, Kentucky, and Western New York. Language needs and project dependencies are reviewed during scoping.

Are the demonstrations real client results?

The interactive demonstrations are fictional examples of possible workflows. They show how a system could work. They are not live client systems, case studies, or promises of a specific outcome.

Ready to hand off an AI project?

Tell us about the workflow, the tools you use, and the outcome you need. We will review the fit and propose a scope. Agencies can submit a client project instead.
