AI Voice Agents

An AI that picks up the phone and gets things done.

We set up AI voice agents and receptionists that answer routine calls, qualify callers, and book appointments, with tested call flows and clear handoff rules.

Handle routine phone inquiries and follow-up with a natural voice interface. We scope inbound or outbound call flows, supported calendar and CRM connections, and handoff rules. Disclosure, consent, recording, and fallback requirements are reviewed before you approve launch.

Fictional workflow example

See an after-hours call get handled

The phone rings after you've closed. The voice agent answers, checks whether it's urgent, books the job, texts a confirmation, and logs everything.

This interactive example illustrates a possible workflow. It is not a live client system or a promise of results.

What we build and configure

The capabilities below guide scoping. Your proposal defines the included deliverables, integrations, acceptance criteria, and software costs. The account owner pays third-party subscriptions and usage directly.

Natural, real-time voice

We test voice quality, interruptions, and common questions on the selected platform, including how the agent responds when it cannot understand a caller.

Books straight to your calendar

Where the scheduling integration supports it, the agent checks availability and requests a booking. Confirmation and failure messages follow the approved call flow.

Inbound and outbound

We configure the approved call types, operating hours, and follow-up rules within the provider’s capabilities and the project’s consent requirements.

Transcribed and handed off

We agree whether to record or transcribe calls, what to save, and when to transfer. Failed transfers and unavailable staff have a defined fallback.

Outcomes we define together

Goals to measure after launch, not guaranteed results.

  • Additional call coverage during agreed operating hours

  • Booking requests handled through supported calendar connections

  • Call records and handoffs configured to agreed permissions

A good fit for

Clinics, home services, real estate, and any business that lives on the phone and loses money to missed calls.

From first conversation to approved handoff

  1. Share the workflow

Tell us what you want to hand off: the current process, the tools involved, and the outcome you need. Agencies can submit a client brief instead.

  2. Agree scope and delivery

We review feasibility, dependencies, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. You receive a written proposal and quote before work starts.

  3. Build, test, and approve

We configure and build the agreed system, then test the workflow, failure paths, and human handoffs. You approve the launch.

  4. Hand off or add care

You receive the agreed documentation and account handoff. Add an optional care plan for monitoring, fixes, and agreed improvements.

Questions, answered

Will callers know they're talking to an AI?

AI disclosure is part of the approved call flow. Before launch, you confirm applicable jurisdiction and provider requirements with appropriate advice. We configure the agreed introduction and test it with the rest of the flow.

Do we need a new phone number?

We assess forwarding from your current line, a new number, or another supported connection. Availability depends on the carrier and voice platform. Your business owns and pays for numbers and calling usage.

What about call recording and consent laws?

We scope calling consent, AI disclosure, recording, retention, and opt-out handling before launch. You confirm the requirements that apply to your audience and providers. We configure and test the approved flow without treating the setup as a universal compliance guarantee.

What if a caller needs something it can't handle?

We define when to transfer, take a message, or offer another contact route. We also test failed transfers and unavailable staff. Urgent-call handling requires an approved escalation plan and is not a substitute for emergency services.

How does it connect to our calendar and CRM?

We first verify the selected calendar and CRM integrations, access permissions, and data fields. The scope defines booking confirmation, permitted call records, and the fallback when a connection is unavailable.

What do we need to provide?

Bring your call goals, approved information, service hours, number setup, calendar and CRM details, and escalation contacts. You approve scripts, disclosure, consent, and recording requirements and provide authorized access. We confirm platform fit and costs before building.

What is included in handoff and ongoing care?

The agreed handoff includes call flows, configuration notes, test-call results, and instructions for routing and escalation. We assign responsibility for number accounts, script changes, and incident response. Monitoring and maintenance need a separate care scope; your business pays software and usage.

Let’s scope AI Voice Agents for your business

Tell us about the workflow and the tools you use. We will review the fit and propose a scope before any work starts. Agencies can submit a client project for this service.
