These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of iacompa.com (the “Site”), operated by IA COMPA LLC(“IA Compa,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What this Site is
The Site is an informational and marketing website. It describes the AI services we offer (such as AI agents, chatbots, automations, email systems, and custom software) and the apps we build, and it lets you contact us. The Site itself does not create accounts, and any actual engagement for services is arranged separately (see “Services and separate agreements” below).
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Site or contact us about services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- submit false information, spam, or another person’s personal information without their permission through the contact form;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
- infringe our or anyone else’s intellectual property rights.
Contact submissions
When you contact us through the Site, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for having the right to share it. How we handle contact data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, the IA Compa name and logo, and app names shown on the Site — are owned by IA COMPA LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site for your own personal or business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content or brand without our written permission.
Services and separate agreements
The Site does not sell services directly and does not list prices. If you engage us for AI services or custom software, that work will be governed by a separate written agreement or proposal that sets out scope, deliverables, fees, and ownership. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer or a guarantee of any particular result.
AI and automated output
Our services may use artificial intelligence and automation to produce output. AI systems can make mistakes and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Where we deliver AI-enabled work, any specifics (including review responsibilities and limitations) are covered in the separate agreement for that work. The Site itself does not provide AI-generated answers to visitors.
Donations
Our donation feature is not active yet. If we enable donations in the future, they will be voluntary, handled by a third-party payment processor under its own terms, and generally non-refundable except where required by law. This section will be updated before any donations are accepted.
Third-party services and links
The Site relies on third-party providers (including Supabase and Vercel) and may link to external sites, app stores, or the separate projects for our apps. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IA COMPA LLCwill not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Any liability we do have is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Site in the six months before the claim — which is US $0, since the Site itself doesn’t charge for anything.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IA COMPA LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Suspension and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or restrict access to it) at any time, including if we believe someone is misusing it. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless otherwise required by law.
