This Privacy Policy explains how IA COMPA LLC (“IA Compa,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through iacompa.com (the “Site”). It covers this marketing website only. Our individual apps (such as those listed on the Site) are separate products with their own privacy policies.

Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message. If you provide them, we also collect your company, subject, service of interest, and preferred contact method. The separate SMS consent box is optional and unchecked by default. If you check it, we also keep the consent choice and evidence described in our SMS Privacy Policy. We use this information to read, route, and respond to your inquiry and to discuss services you request.
Information stored in your browser
The Site remembers your light/dark theme choice using your browser’s local storage. This preference stays on your device and is never sent to us. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking or analytics on this Site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically processes standard technical data — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to serve the Site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.
What we do not collect
- We do not offer accounts, so there are no passwords or profiles.
- We do not currently process donations or payments, so we do not collect any payment card details. (Our donation page is not yet active.)
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How we use your information
- To respond to messages and requests you send us.
- To discuss and provide services you ask about.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
Service providers
We share the limited data above only with the providers that help us run the Site:
- Supabase — stores contact form submissions in a database. The contact database is hosted in Supabase’s East US (North Virginia) region. See Supabase’s privacy policy.
- Notion — stores a lead record from a successful contact-form submission (name, business name, email, phone, trade, and notes) in our CRM so we can follow up. See Notion’s privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosts the Site and processes standard server logs. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
Fonts on this Site are self-hosted (served from our own domain), so viewing the Site does not send your data to a font provider.
How long we keep it
A successful form submission creates the original contact submission and queues it for delivery. When delivery succeeds, the inquiry creates related contact, inquiry, and follow-up records in our management system. We keep those records only while they are reasonably needed to respond, manage an ongoing conversation or engagement, maintain appropriate business records, establish or defend legal claims, or meet a legal obligation. We remove delivered handoff payload copies after 30 days. A failed or undelivered payload may remain longer while we recover or close the delivery incident. After message content is deleted, we may keep limited, potentially linkable delivery metadata — such as timestamps, status, request and receipt identifiers, and cryptographic digests — without the raw contact fields or message. One-way email digests enforce a 15-minute abuse-prevention window; digests older than one hour are opportunistically cleaned during accepted contact intake.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted through the Site by emailing Info@iacompa.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws; we will honor applicable rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. A valid legal or contractual reason may delay deletion; if so, we will restrict the retained data and remove it when that reason no longer applies.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and our providers may store or process data in the United States, Canada, or other countries. By using the Site, you understand your information may be processed in these locations.
Children
The Site is intended for a general, business audience and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reputable providers, serve the Site over HTTPS, and restrict access to contact submissions (database access controls mean the data is not publicly readable). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may be highlighted on the Site.
