This Privacy Policy explains how IA COMPA LLC (“IA Compa,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through iacompa.com (the “Site”). It covers this marketing website only. Our individual apps (such as those listed on the Site) are separate products with their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use our project form, we collect whether the work is for your own business, an agency client, or an agency partnership, your company or agency name, contact name, email address, preferred contact method, and the project or partnership details you enter. A business also gives its industry. Optional details include your website, agency niche, tools, and timezone. A phone number is required only if you ask us to follow up by phone. Project briefs may include a business name or confidential alias, website, niche, requested services, goals, tools, budget, and launch preferences. Please submit only details you are authorized to share. Do not submit credentials, customer lists, payment details, or sensitive personal or health records. We use this information to assess, scope, and respond to your request. Submitting this form does not enroll you in SMS marketing or an automated demo call.
Information stored in your browser
The Site remembers your light/dark theme using your browser’s local storage. This preference stays on your device and is never sent to us. The page URL determines the language. On your first visit to an English page, the Site may send you once to the Spanish version if your browser’s language setting prefers Spanish or, only when your browser sends no language setting, if the country our hosting provider derives from your IP address is Spanish-speaking. The Site then stores the language in a functional cookie named iac-locale for one year, and the language selector sets the same cookie when you choose a language, so your choice is not changed automatically. Project form entries are not saved in local storage. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking or analytics on this Site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically processes standard technical data — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to serve the Site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.
What we do not collect
- We do not offer accounts, so there are no passwords or profiles.
- We do not currently process donations or payments, so we do not collect any payment card details. (Our donation page is not yet active.)
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How we use your information
- To respond to messages and requests you send us.
- To discuss and provide services you ask about.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
Service providers
We share the limited data above only with the providers that help us run the Site:
- Notion — stores project inquiries from businesses and agencies, and the project briefs you submit so we can review requirements and manage follow-up. We also store a submission reference, schema version, and a cryptographic digest to help identify repeated or uncertain saves. We confirm receipt only after the record is accepted. - Vercel — hosts the Site and processes standard server logs. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
Fonts on this Site are self-hosted (served from our own domain), so viewing the Site does not send your data to a font provider.
How long we keep it
A successful project form submission creates an inquiry in Notion. We keep inquiry and follow-up records only while they are reasonably needed to respond, manage an ongoing conversation or engagement, maintain appropriate business records, establish or defend legal claims, or meet a legal obligation. We may retain limited timestamps, status, submission identifiers, and cryptographic digests while resolving a save or duplicate-record incident. These identifiers can remain linkable to an inquiry and are not described as anonymous data.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted through the Site by emailing Info@iacompa.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws; we will honor applicable rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. A valid legal or contractual reason may delay deletion; if so, we will restrict the retained data and remove it when that reason no longer applies.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and our providers may store or process data in the United States, Canada, or other countries. By using the Site, you understand your information may be processed in these locations.
Children
The Site is intended for a general, business audience and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reputable providers, serve the Site over HTTPS, and restrict access to contact submissions (database access controls mean the data is not publicly readable). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may be highlighted on the Site.
Text messaging
