This Privacy Policy explains how IA COMPA LLC (“IA Compa,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through iacompa.com (the “Site”). It covers this marketing website only. Our individual apps (such as those listed on the Site) are separate products with their own privacy policies.

Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional subject, and message you submit. We use this only to read and respond to your inquiry.
Information stored in your browser
The Site remembers your light/dark theme choice using your browser’s local storage. This preference stays on your device and is never sent to us. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking or analytics on this Site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically processes standard technical data — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to serve the Site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.
What we do not collect
- We do not offer accounts, so there are no passwords or profiles.
- We do not currently process donations or payments, so we do not collect any payment card details. (Our donation page is not yet active.)
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How we use your information
- To respond to messages and requests you send us.
- To discuss and provide services you ask about.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
Service providers
We share the limited data above only with the providers that help us run the Site:
- Supabase— stores contact form submissions in a database. This data is held on Supabase infrastructure in Canada (the project’s region). See Supabase’s privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosts the Site and processes standard server logs. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
Fonts on this Site are self-hosted (served from our own domain), so viewing the Site does not send your data to a font provider.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward for our records — no longer than 12 months unless you and we are in an ongoing conversation or engagement, or the law requires otherwise. You can ask us to delete your message sooner (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted through the Site by emailing Info@iacompa.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws; we will honor applicable rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and our providers may store or process data in the United States, Canada, or other countries. By using the Site, you understand your information may be processed in these locations.
Children
The Site is intended for a general, business audience and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reputable providers, serve the Site over HTTPS, and restrict access to contact submissions (database access controls mean the data is not publicly readable). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may be highlighted on the Site.
