Public release
Move to Applications, low-latency monitoring and a new project chooser
Added
- When you open a downloaded copy from outside Applications, Dawnamite asks to move itself into your Applications folder and reopens from there. Choose Do Not Move to keep it where it is, or tick Do not ask again. Guide →
- Low-latency monitoring lets a track you monitor through its effects skip other tracks' plug-in delay, so you hear yourself sooner while recordings still land in time. Low Latency Recording turns it on, the other performance modes turn it off, and exports keep full delay compensation. Guide →
Changed
- Choose a Project has a sidebar for New Project, My Projects and My Templates, large Start From tiles and a Details row that says what Create will make. Details remembers whether you left it open. Guide →
- Automation for hosted AU, VST3 and CLAP plug-ins now reaches the plug-in at the sample the lane puts it on, instead of at the start of each audio block. Guide →
