These Terms govern your use of the Theme4Logic app (macOS), published by IA COMPA LLC. By accessing, downloading, or using Theme4Logic, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Theme4Logic.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Theme4Logicon devices you own or control, for your own use, subject to these Terms and any applicable distributor’s terms.
Your content is yours
The content you create in Theme4Logic— such as your notes, habits, recordings, or messages — belongs to you. We don’t claim ownership of it. You’re responsible for the content you create and for having the right to use it.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use Theme4Logic for anything unlawful or harmful.
- Don’t attempt to break, overload, or misuse the app or any related service.
- Don’t infringe others’ rights or use the app to harm others.
AI-assisted features
Where Theme4Logic includes AI-assisted features, their output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for your convenience, not as professional advice. Use judgment before relying on it.
Price
Theme4Logic is free. Completely free — there's no paid tier. Source code is on its way to GitHub.
App stores & third parties
Theme4Logic is not currently listed on this site with an app-store download. If you obtain it through an app store or another provider, that provider's terms also apply.We’re not responsible for third-party services the app may rely on.
Disclaimer of warranties
Theme4Logicis provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IA COMPA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of Theme4Logic. Any liability we do have is limited to the amount you paid us to use Theme4Logicin the six months before the claim — which is US $0 for a free app.
Termination & changes
You can stop using Theme4Logic at any time by deleting it. We may update Theme4Logicor these Terms; we’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept the update.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
