These Terms govern your use of the Bituabit app (iOS, watchOS), published by IA COMPA LLC. By accessing, downloading, or using Bituabit, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Bituabit.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bituabiton devices you own or control, for your own use, subject to these Terms and any applicable distributor’s terms.
Your content is yours
The content you create in Bituabit— such as your notes, habits, recordings, or messages — belongs to you. We don’t claim ownership of it. You’re responsible for the content you create and for having the right to use it.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use Bituabit for anything unlawful or harmful.
- Don’t attempt to break, overload, or misuse the app or any related service.
- Don’t infringe others’ rights or use the app to harm others.
AI-assisted features
Where Bituabit includes AI-assisted features, their output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for your convenience, not as professional advice. Use judgment before relying on it.
Payments
The habit tracker itself is free and unlimited, with no paywall. The AI coach is free to try with a daily usage limit; a subscription ($7.99/mo or $59.99/yr, billed through Apple's App Store) raises that limit and unlocks deeper personalization. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the app store, and refunds follow that store’s policy. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID → Subscriptions settings.
App stores & third parties
Bituabit is not publicly available through an app store yet. If it is distributed through an app store or another provider later, that provider's terms will also apply.We’re not responsible for third-party services the app may rely on.
Disclaimer of warranties
Bituabitis provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IA COMPA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of Bituabit. Any liability we do have is limited to the amount you paid us to use Bituabitin the six months before the claim — which is US $0 for a free app.
Termination & changes
You can stop using Bituabit at any time by deleting it. We may update Bituabitor these Terms; we’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept the update.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
