This policy explains how IA COMPA LLC handles information in the Vibiac app (macOS, Windows). It applies to Vibiac specifically; our website has its own privacy policy.
What Vibiac handles
- Your repositories, git worktrees, diffs, and merge history — all read and written locally on your device
- Prompts and terminal I/O you exchange with the coding agents you run
- API keys and CLI credentials you configure, stored in your OS keychain / local config and used only to invoke the agents you choose
Where your data lives
Everything stays on your computer. Vibiac orchestrates coding-agent CLIs installed on your machine and reads/writes your local git repositories. It has no backend server and no user database. When an agent you run calls its own model provider (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI), your prompt and code context go directly from that CLI to that provider under its terms — Vibiac never proxies, stores, or resells that traffic.
Service providers
- GitHub Releases — hosts downloads and updates; downloading or updating the app contacts GitHub (provider information).
- Your coding-agent providers — receive the prompts and code you send them through the agent CLIs you run, under their own terms.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
Your choices
You can remove data stored locally by deleting the app. If an app offers iCloud sync, you can also remove its synced data from your iCloud account. For any request or question, email apps@iacompa.com.
Children
Vibiacis intended for a general audience and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; we’ll change the “Last updated” date above when we do.
