NVIDIA NemoClaw at a glance
At GTC 2026, NVIDIA introduced NemoClaw, a stack that installs Nemotron models and the new OpenShell sandbox runtime for OpenClaw agents in one command, adding security, network and privacy guardrails.
What changed with NVIDIA NemoClaw
On March 16, 2026, at GTC, NVIDIA announced NemoClaw, a stack for the open-source OpenClaw agent platform. A single command installs NVIDIA Nemotron models and the newly announced NVIDIA OpenShell runtime, an isolated sandbox that enforces policy-based security, network and privacy guardrails for always-on agents. NemoClaw is built on NVIDIA Agent Toolkit software.
NemoClaw works with any coding agent and can combine open models running locally with frontier models in the cloud through a privacy router. NVIDIA positions it for dedicated machines, from GeForce RTX PCs and RTX PRO workstations to DGX Spark and DGX Station, so agents can run around the clock.
Why NVIDIA NemoClaw matters for businesses
Agents that can reach local files and apps need clear limits on what they may touch. A sandbox with explicit policies and a privacy router gives businesses a more controlled way to pilot always-on agents, though teams should still review exactly which data and tools each agent can access.
