This policy explains how IA COMPA LLC handles information in the Dawnamite app (macOS). It applies to Dawnamite specifically; our website has its own privacy policy.
What Dawnamite handles
- Audio files, MIDI notes, arrangements, and project settings opened or created in a development build
- Local project and library data used by the prototype
- Network connection information sent when the prototype requests remote library content
- Information you choose to send to IA Compa when requesting support
Where your data lives
The current macOS development app uses an embedded WebKit studio with local project storage and exported project files. This is not a promise about the final desktop storage format or recovery guarantees. Its library can request remote content, so the prototype is not a zero-network app.
Development scope
The images on this site are development previews. Desktop packaging, network behavior, update delivery, and data retention are still being evaluated. A release-specific disclosure will identify providers and controls before a public installer is offered.
Service providers
- Remote library content providers — may receive your IP address and request information when a development build fetches library content; the final provider inventory is still being reviewed.
About this preview
- This page does not offer a downloadable Dawnamite build or ask you to upload music.
- Contacting support is optional. Send only information you want IA Compa to receive.
Your choices
Keep your own copies of source audio and project exports when testing development software. Use the app’s project and library management controls for local items; exported files must be managed separately. Clearing an unrelated browser’s site data does not clear the native app’s profile. The final desktop app's storage and deletion controls will be documented before release. For questions, email apps@iacompa.com.
Children
Dawnamite is intended for a general audience and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
