These Terms govern your use of the Dawnamite app (macOS), published by IA COMPA LLC. By accessing, downloading, or using Dawnamite, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Dawnamite.
Your license
No public Dawnamite software license or download is offered on this page yet. Release terms will identify the applicable product license and third-party notices. Nothing on this page changes the rights granted by an upstream component's own license.
Your content is yours
The content you create in Dawnamite — such as your notes, habits, recordings, or messages — belongs to you. We don’t claim ownership of it. You’re responsible for the content you create and for having the right to use it.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use Dawnamite for anything unlawful or harmful.
- Don’t attempt to break, overload, or misuse the app or any related service.
- Don’t infringe others’ rights or use the app to harm others.
AI-assisted features
Where Dawnamite includes AI-assisted features, their output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for your convenience, not as professional advice. Use judgment before relying on it.
Availability and development previews
Development currently focuses on macOS, with Windows planned afterward. Neither is offered as a supported public release. Screenshots and roadmap descriptions may change. No installer, release date, plug-in compatibility, or recording reliability is promised by this preview.
Price
Dawnamite is not released. Pricing and licensing will be announced before release. No public download or purchase is available yet.
App stores & third parties
Dawnamite is not publicly available through an app store yet. If it is distributed through an app store or another provider later, that provider's terms will also apply. We’re not responsible for third-party services the app may rely on.
Disclaimer of warranties
Dawnamite is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IA COMPA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of Dawnamite. Any liability we do have is limited to the amount you paid us to use Dawnamite in the six months before the claim — which is US $0 for a free app.
Termination & changes
You can stop using Dawnamite at any time by deleting it. We may update Dawnamite or these Terms; we’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept the update.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
