Cartesia launches Managed Agents, an end-to-end voice agent platform

Managed Agents at a glance

Cartesia's new platform combines its voice models with telephony, tool calls, knowledge bases, and outbound campaigns, at a launch price of $0.03 per minute.

What changed with Managed Agents

Cartesia launched Managed Agents on October 29, 2026, an enterprise voice agent platform in which its speech models and agent harness are designed together, so listening, turn-taking, reasoning, tool calls, and speech are tuned as one system. Cartesia says the platform has already handled tens of millions of conversations in finance, retail, hospitality, and healthcare.

Agents can call backend APIs and CRMs during a call, answer from knowledge bases of hundreds of documents, and run outbound batches of personalized calls. Cartesia says agents can switch among English, Spanish, Hindi, French, and Japanese mid-conversation, and that support for all 44 of its languages is coming soon.
