What changed with Suno
Suno published an update to its downloads policy and Terms of Service on August 10, 2026, effective September 3, 2026. Free users get up to seven lifetime trial downloads, Pro gets 20 downloads per month, Premier gets 60, and Premier with Suno Studio has no download limit. Extra downloads can be purchased, and the limits also apply to songs made before the change.
Trial downloads on the free plan are not eligible for commercial use, while songs downloaded on a paid plan can be used for commercial or personal purposes. The new terms also update the arbitration agreement, including provisions on mass arbitration.
