On February 19, 2026, Google released Gemini 3.1 Pro, the upgraded core model behind a Gemini 3 Deep Think update it shipped the week before. Developers can use it in preview through the Gemini API in Google AI Studio, Gemini CLI, Google Antigravity and Android Studio, and enterprises through Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise. In the Gemini app it comes with higher limits on Google AI Pro and Ultra plans, and in NotebookLM it is limited to those plans.
Google reported a verified 77.1% on ARC-AGI-2, a test of solving unfamiliar logic patterns, which it says is more than double Gemini 3 Pro's result. Its examples focus on animated SVGs generated as code, dashboards connected to live data and interactive design. Google released the model as a preview to validate the changes before general availability.
