What it does
Adds swing to incoming notes
Add it to a track
Select a MIDI track and add this device from Library → Devices → MIDI Effects. MIDI effects transform notes before they reach the instrument.
Controls
| Control | What to listen or look for |

| Amount | Moves notes away from straight timing to create shuffle or swing. |
| Duration | Sets the musical length of the repeating swing pattern. |
Work with this device
Start with a short passage that represents your material. Change one control at a time. Compare at a similar listening level, using the device's power control to bypass it. Save a version of the project before making a large change.
